This Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is administered by:
NO PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A contribution will not improve your chances of winning. The Sweepstakes is open to all eligible participants regardless of whether they choose to make a contribution. See Section 4(C) below for the free mail-in entry method.
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, trustees, contractors, and volunteers of the Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Sweepstakes operates on a rolling monthly schedule. Each monthly drawing period (a "Drawing Period") opens at the close of the prior drawing and ends on or about Rosh Chodesh of the following Hebrew month, or on another date announced by the Sponsor. One (1) winner is selected at the close of each Drawing Period. New Drawing Periods continue on a monthly basis until the Sponsor terminates or modifies the program.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to adjust the timing of any drawing as needed.
Entries may be obtained in connection with a charitable contribution made through the Sponsor's official website. Two contribution-based options are available:
Contributions may be eligible for Maaser. Entrants should consult their own advisor regarding their personal circumstances. Contributions are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe; the Sponsor does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.
The Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, grant complimentary entries to specific participants. These entries are recorded internally by the Sponsor, are eligible to win, and are governed by Section 6 below.
To enter the Sweepstakes at no cost, mail a hand-written entry that complies with all of the following requirements:

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject any free-entry request that is illegible, incomplete, suspicious, duplicative, mass-produced, or otherwise non-compliant with these Official Rules. Decisions of the Sponsor in all matters relating to AMOE entries are final and binding.
The Sponsor may grant complimentary entries from time to time. These fall into two categories:
Sponsor-granted free entries:
Each Drawing Period has one (1) prize, calculated as follows:
Free entries (sponsor-granted and AMOE) do not add to the prize pool. Only paid contributions contribute to gross contributions and to the calculation of the prize.
The prize will be paid by check, ACH, or another mutually agreed method within a reasonable time after the winner has been verified and any required documentation has been completed and returned. The prize is non-transferable. No substitution, cash equivalent, or alternate prize will be awarded except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
At the close of each Drawing Period, one (1) winning entry is selected at random from all eligible entries (contribution-based, sponsor-granted, and AMOE) using a cryptographically uniform random selection method. Each entry has an equal chance of being selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email using the contact information on file. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within five (5) calendar days of the first attempted notification, declines the prize, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 (or other applicable tax form) to the winner where required by law, and may require the winner to complete and return tax documentation (including IRS Form W-9 for U.S. winners) before the prize is paid.
Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Sweepstakes each participant consents to the Sponsor's use of their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant or entry that:
Disqualified entries are void. Any attempt to defraud, manipulate, or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and prosecution to the fullest extent permitted by law and to refer suspected fraud to the appropriate authorities.
By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, contractors, payment processors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
The Sponsor's total liability to any participant under any theory shall not exceed the amount that participant contributed to the Sweepstakes during the applicable Drawing Period, if any.
Personal information collected through the Sweepstakes is used by the Sponsor solely for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and the Sponsor's charitable activities. The Sponsor does not sell participant data. See the Sponsor's Privacy Policy for full details.
The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes — including these Official Rules — if fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. In such case, the Sponsor may select winners from among eligible entries received up to the time of impairment, or take such other action as the Sponsor deems appropriate.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
These Official Rules and any matter arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute or claim shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and each participant consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each participant waives the right to bring any claim as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
